How To Transfer Crypto From Crypto.com To Trust Wallet?
- First, you must download and install the Trust Wallet app on your smartphone.
- Create an account on Trust Wallet and open it.
It takes only two minutes to create your Trust Wallet account.
Just recognize that the secret keys that Trust Wallet provides you are the most crucial thing in your account.
These are the door and entry of your Trust Wallet account.
If you lose these private keys, you will lose all your assets and the investment you make in the crypto.
No one including Trust Wallet can then recover your Trust Wallet account and the assets you own there.
Next,
- Go to Trust Wallet and find the cryptocurrency that you want to transfer from the Crypto.com exchange and want to receive it here on Trust Wallet.
- Once the coin is shown, select the ‘receive’ option.
- Copy the deposit address from Trust Wallet for the coin.
- Now go to the Crypto.com app and click Wallets>Spot Wallet in the upper right-hand corner.
- Find the cryptocurrency you want to transfer to Trust Wallet and select withdraw.
- Click on Add Withdrawl Address and paste the address you copied from Trust Wallet.
- Enter the amount of that crypto you want to transfer and click on ‘withdraw’.
- Select Review Withdrawal once your details are correct.
- Now Input your SMS OTP and Google verification code and click on ‘Confirm Withdrawl’ verify and confirm.
- The final step is to check the crypto on the Trust Wallet.
Steps To Transfer Crypto from Crypto.com to Trust Wallet
Here is the exact step-by-step guide to transferring any crypto from the Crypto.com exchange to the Trust Wallet app.
The transfer process is the same for all the cryptocurrencies, which allows you to send all the cryptos such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Dogecoin, and others from Crypto.com to Trust Wallet.
However, If you are withdrawing to another wallet like Trust Wallet or Metamask from Crypto.com, you will first need to add the recipient Trust Wallet address in crypto.com app by selecting Add Withdrawal Address.
Note: You will need to add the withdrawal address 24 hours before the transaction.
Because when you want to withdraw crypto from Crypto.com to another exchange or wallet such as Trust Wallet, you will need to add the withdrawal address at the first step because there will be a 24-hour withdrawal lock on the newly added withdrawal address.
Step 1- Download The Trust Wallet
The first step is to download the Trust Wallet app on your smartphone.
Go to Trustwallet.com and click the “Download” button, which will take you to the relevant app store to download the browser extension or mobile app based on the device and browser you’re using.
If you already have downloaded it, then you can skip this step.
Step 2- Create an Account On Trust Wallet
Next, you need to create an account on Trust Wallet. Which is just a few simple steps process.
If you already have an account on Trust Wallet then skip this step and move to the next step.
Step 3- Select The Cryptocurrency
Now you simply have to find and select the crypto coin in Trust Wallet that you want to transfer from Crypto.com.
Go to Trust wallet and enable the cryptocurrency that you want to transfer from the Crypto.com exchange and receive on Trust Wallet.
If the token is not available, you will see a “No Asset Found” message with another button of ‘Add Custom Token’.
Click on this ‘Add Custom Token’ option and enter the contract address of the coin. You can find the contract address on coinmarketcap.com easily.
Once the coin is shown, swipe the button next to it to make it visible on your Trust Wallet homepage.
Step 4- Click On Recieve
The next step is to click on the coin that you added.
After clicking on it (coin), there will be three options with every coin such as:
- Send
- Receive
- Swap
Click on the ‘receive’ button.
Step 5- Copy The Address
Once you click on the ‘receive’ button. Trust Wallet will show the deposit address for that coin.
You need to copy this.
Step 6- Go To Crypto.com And Select The Currency
Now go to the Crypto.com exchange and click on ‘Spot Wallet’ under the Wallet tab.
Next, find the cryptocurrency that you want to transfer from crypto.com to Trust Wallet and select Withdraw and click ‘External Wallet Address.
Step 7- Paste And Whitelist The Address
If you have added and approved the withdrawal address, you simply have to add the withdrawal address from the drop-down menu on the address field.
However, if you have not added it yet, click on Add Withdrawal Address to approve the address.
- Paste the address
- Select the right currency and the right network
- Add label as Trust Wallet
- Input your SMS OTP and Google verification code
- And finally Select Save Address
Next, enter the amount you want to withdraw from Crypto.com to Trust Wallet. If applicable, Crypto.com will cut withdrawal fees as well and the amount you will receive after the fees will be shown.
Step 8- Confirm And Review Withdrawl On Crypto.com
Check the details to confirm and Input your SMS OTP and Google verification code. To verify the transaction click on Confirm Withdrawal.
Step 8- Check Crypto On Trust Wallet
The final step is to check the crypto on the Trust Wallet. It will show up just by opening the main page of Trust Wallet and clicking on the coin.
If it does not show, refresh the wallet again. It will show up.
How Much Time Does It Take To Recieve Crypto On Trust Wallet?
