Here is the exact step-by-step guide with screenshots to transfer any crypto from the Binance exchange to the Kucoin app.
The transfer process is the same for all the cryptocurrencies, which allows you to send all the cryptos from Binance to Kucoin.
Step 1- Download The Kucoin
The first step is to open the Kucoin website or app on your smartphone. If you already have downloaded it, then you can skip this step.
Step 2- Create an Account On Kucoin
Next, you need to create an account on Kucoin. Which are just a few simple steps such as providing your mobile/email and verifying your KYC.
If you already have an account on this exchange (Kucoin), then skip this step.
Step 3- Choose The Cryptocurrency
Now you simply have to find and select the crypto coin you want to transfer from Binance.
To do this, go to your Kucoin account, and select assets.
Now you will be taken to the ‘assets overview’ page.
On this page, you can see all the assets that you have.
Step 4- Click On Deposite
The next step is to click on the deposit button.
After clicking on ‘deposit’. You need to type the name of the coin that you want to transfer from Binance to this Kucoin account.
Once you type the name of the coin, Kucoin will show the deposit address for that coin.
You need to copy this.
Step 5- Copy The Address
Once you type the name of the coin, Kucoin will show the deposit address for that coin.
You need to copy this.
For example, bitcoin.
Step 6- Go To Binance
Now go to the Binance exchange and click on ‘overview’ under the wallet tab.
Next click on the ‘Fiat and Spot’ wallet to see all the assets (coins) that you own in this exchange.
Find the crypto (Bitcoin for example) and click on the ‘withdraw’ option which is shown next to each coin.
Step 7- Paste The Address
Now a new window will pop up asking you to enter the address of the recipient.
Now you will have to paste the Kucoin address that you copied earlier.
Paste the address we copied from the Kucoin and then enter the amount you want to transfer.
You can also withdraw all amounts of the selected coin by clicking on ‘Max’.
But I do not recommend this because you should first transfer a little amount and check if everything is going right.
Step 8- Confirm Withdrawl
After you have pasted the address and the amount, the next step is to verify the transaction on Binance. It depends on how you verify it.
Binance requires verification to increase your account security.
Usually, Binance sends you a code via email and phone which you need to enter for verification.
Enter the code you received on email/phone, and click on confirm.
Step 8- Check Crypto On Kucoin
The final step is to check the crypto on the Kucoin. It will show up just by clicking on the ‘assets overview’ page.
