How to Create a Ronin Wallet and Connect it to Axie Infinity

Ronin wallet is the gateway to play the axie Infinity game which is a play-to-earn and NFT-based game.
You can also use the Ronin wallet to access all the applications based on the ronin blockchain and ethereum blockchain. The ronin blockchain works as a sidechain for the Ethereum blockchain.

How to Create a Ronin Wallet
To create a Ronin wallet, you first need to download the mobile app or the browser extension. Once you downloaded it, then you can set up the wallet and get access to the axie marketplace.
So let’s start with the first step.
Step 1- Download Ronin Wallet
To download the Ronin wallet, you simply have to go to the official website of Skymavis.com where you can download the extension for Google Chrome and Firefox browsers.
The second way to download the extension is Google extension store.
For now, these are the only two browsers supported by Ronin wallet. If you have not installed these browsers, you can download Chrome and Firefox browsers easily.
Step 2- Install The Ronin Wallet Extension
If you are using the Chrome browser, then go to the Chrome extension store, and search for ‘Ronin Wallet’. Once you find it, click on the ‘add extension’ button in blue color.
Follow the same process if you are using Firefox.
Step 3- Click On Ronin Wallet Extension
After downloading the Ronin wallet extension, it is time to find the extension in the top right corner of your browser. Usually, all the extension appears under the puzzle icon at the top right of your browser.
Click on the icon, you will find the Ronin wallet extension. Click again on Ronin wallet to go to the setup page.
Step 4- Click On Get Started
Once the new window pops up, click on ‘get started to start the process of creating your Ronin wallet.
Then click on ‘I am new, let’s get set up.
Step 5- Create A Password For Your Ronin Wallet
Next, you will be asked to create a password for your wallet. The password must be a minimum of 8 characters.
After creating the password, retype it to confirm it.

After creating and confirming the password, you will see the ‘reveal seed phrase’ option.

The best way to keep it safe is to keep it in multiple locations, that way you can prevent losing the seed phrase.
Step 7- Confirm The Seed Phrase
Now you will be asked to enter the seed phrase according to the same position as what you have been shown earlier.
For example, your secret seed phrase is:
- Flower
- Computer
- Apple
You will have to fill it with the same position such as #flower, #Computer, #Apple, and so on.
Step 8- Your Ronin Wallet Has Been Created
Congratulations! You have successfully created the Ronin wallet. Now you can connect it to the Axie Marketplace.
How To Connect Your Ronin Wallet With Axie Infinity Marketplace
By creating a Ronin wallet, you will have access to the Axie marketplace. Below I will show you how to connect it to the Axie marketplace.
Step 1- Go To Axie Marketplace
Go to the official website of Axie marketplace and click on ‘log in’.
Step 2- Click On Log In With Ronin Wallet
After clicking on the login button, you will have 3 options to log in such as:
- Log in with Ronin Wallet
- Log in by QR code
- Log in by email and password
You must select the login with Ronin wallet option to proceed further.
Step 3- Create a Username For Your Account
Once you have logged in with Ronin wallet, it is time to give your account a username and save it.
Next, complete the setup by entering the email and password for your account.
Step 4- Your Account Is Ready
Congratulations, your Axie Infinity account is ready.
