- You are a beginner
- You don’t know much about computers-laptops
- You are confused about your budget
In this guide, I will try my best to make the purchase decision easier for and:
- Finally, get you a work from home laptop that deserves your money
- Get a laptop that comes in your budget range
- Can do all your tasks without disrupting your productivity
Glad that we are getting back to the new normal, but just like the pandemic, millions of people are still forced to adapt to the remote culture and work from home.
And that means building an office at your home is a must that starts with your own laptop on your working table. The centerpiece of that home office is going to be a laptop for sure, but a good one as well.
There might be someone who has been provided a laptop by their company and they wouldn’t be looking for a new one to buy. In case you are not getting one from your boss, then getting a good laptop at a decent price is your first priority to get your tasks done.
How To Choose Best Laptop For Working From Home?
In this guide, I will show you the best laptops that deserve your hard-earned money and will give you the 100% results you want to get from a laptop.
As a remote worker, you need a laptop that:
- Doesn’t waste your time by taking too much time for every task
- Comes up in a reasonable price laptop and has all the capabilities that we are going to cover ( in the post )
- Help you be more productive with your tasks
But as a beginner, the question that comes to mind is what makes a laptop good or bad?
How can you decide if you are not familiar with laptops and don’t know much about technical aspects?
What are the things to consider when buying a laptop?
I will try to answer all the questions and clarify them for you without using technical language. So let’s get right to it.
What Are The Things To Consider When Buying A Laptop?
When it comes to buying your next laptop, it becomes more complicated because there are a lot of things to look for. However, this is the most important step as well in this process.
To make things easier, I suggest you make a checklist of things that you need from your next laptop.
When you are done with this step, half the battle is won.
That’s why I am going to share a few tips that will hopefully help you and make things a little easier for you to finally make a purchase and get a laptop that deserves your hard-earned money.
1- Your Budget Is Important
The checklist starts with your budget. This is the most important factor in your purchasing decision. The amount of money you want to spend determines the range and starting point of the laptop you are looking for.
When you set a price range and the money you want to spend, it saves your time and prevents you from being confused about the wide range of options available in the market.
You will not look for laptops that are below or above your budget
If you have a budget of 500 dollars, then the search should start from all the devices that are under 500. Looking for laptops above $500 does not come on your priority list. This is the first thing that you should consider when buying a new laptop for remote work, your home office, gaming, etc.
2- The operating system
There are Windows laptops, mac os, and Chrome OS. The question is which operating system do you want to run?
Hopefully, this is not a tough question as you already know the operating system that you want to use.
Most of the time whatever you are used to using becomes your next choice as well. If you run Mac OS, then it would be really hard to use Windows as your next operating system and get familiar with it. Yup, this is the case with other operating systems as well.
Most people who are using Windows laptops do not want to switch to other platforms like ChromeOS and macOS.
Let’s get to the MacOS first.
No doubt, Macbooks are beautiful, productivity-based, and easy-to-use laptops. But the problem is you don’t have many options and they can be quite expensive for most people. The list of Macbooks is quite short.
However, if you are interested in Windows 10, then you are lucky because you have a much bigger range of laptops from multiple brands to choose from. You have gaming laptops, workstations, and more in various sizes, forms.
The third most popular OS is ChromeOS. These are devices that run on Google’s cloud-based system and they are called Chromebooks. Chromebooks are gaining attraction for several reasons like:
- They are cheaper compared to Windows and Macs
- They act mostly as a terminal to access apps on the cloud-like Google Docs, Dropbox, and other apps
- Usually do not require strong processors
- Can run Android apps as well
3-Size And Form Factor
The third thing to consider when buying a laptop is the size and form of a laptop.
What laptop size and form do you prefer?
To find the answer, it all depends and starts with the display size. If you are going to use your laptop just for office purposes, then a 13 to 14 Inch display works and fits well. Plus these laptops are also very thin, portable, and lightweight. Good!
In case you want to have some fun and do a little bit of gaming, or video editing, then you would need a big screen and of course a larger laptop with more weight.
There are also touchscreen and foldable laptops from high-quality brands. These Laptops look good when you consume videos in a v shape. You can also use these touchscreen laptops as a tablet.
Now, what are your choice, preferred form, and size?
Write it down and move to the next important thing on the checklist!
If you are someone who edits videos on the laptop, then color accuracy matters more than you think and as a designer, you know that well. Generally, the color accuracy score in a laptop should be more than 92%. In such a case, you will get the most accurate colors to actual colors that exist.
If not, then the colors that look on the display will not look like the actual colors and this could have a bad impact on your graphic designing, and getting good results.
5- WebCam Is Must
I think I would not need much explanation about this feature nowadays. A webcam is a must-have tool in remote working culture as all the employees, students are going to make video calls, video conferences, and attend online classes daily.
My suggestion would be at least a 720p webcam that you need to make a good quality video call. The other thing that comes in handy in video calls is the microphone.
Generally, all the laptops that come with 3 microphones are a better choice. It records your sound more clearly and gives you a better video call experience.
Most users do not focus much on the build quality when buying a laptop. However, it is really important to look for the build quality and material.
There are a few reasons that I want to share:
There is a good chance that you may not work at a desk all day at your home office. Sometimes you are on a sofa, bed, dining table, and even in the garden. I like it because it boosts productivity.
There are chances that the laptop might fall away, unfortunately. When the build quality is not branded, you will see broken plastic, shaking ports, and finally, your device might stop working.
This isn’t the case when you buy from a popular brand that has good build quality, and has been in the field for years, and knows their game very well.
When it comes to the ports, the first thing that I want to share with you is not to look for the cd drive port. There is no need for that, right? Let’s get to the other ports that are handy and necessary for every laptop.
There should be one type-c and two or more ports along with an HDMI port.
It helps you to connect a monitor with a big screen for your laptop. That is why it is very important. That’s it
Don’t ignore wifi here. Nowadays there are very few machines that don’t have wifi. Your next laptop should have wifi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0 for better connectivity, That is so simple!
If there is something more interactive after the display on a laptop, then it is the keyboard. If you are someone who types more on a laptop, usually all office workers do this, then make sure that the size of the keys and spaces fits on and does not become difficult while typing.
A good keyboard can make typing a lot easier and enjoyable for you!. If keys are not well spaced, your typing may make you tired very early. So a good keyboard that has clicky, tactile keys is necessary.
If I say that a laptop depends on the battery life, then I may not be wrong. You can not be sitting along with your socket and that also looks bad with a laptop and isn’t helpful. So it is really important to look for the battery life of the laptop.
I know they (manufacturers) claim several hours of battery life but that gives the results in the ideal situation, not in regular performance. Make sure that the battery life lasts for more than 5 hours.
However, you can optimize the settings to get more battery life like darkening your screen, closing unnecessary apps, and not running games on it.
There is SSD and HDD storage. It depends on your budget, if your budget is above $300, then you must get SSD storage. If I compare HDD and SSD, the SSD is a better option with long life and fast read and write speed. Even if you have lesser storage, you must prefer SSD over HDD.
And if you get a combination of HDD and SSD, then this is the ideal choice. But you should remember that this comes quite costly for you.
From my point of view, the processor is the engine of your device. Be it a laptop, smartphone, or desktop. It really matters how fast your laptop works.
There are two very popular processors in the market like Intel and AMD. Although Intel processors are powerful and have been used in most laptops for a long time.
But AMD has also been doing very well for the last 4 to 5 years by making power-efficient processors. If I make a decision, I would prefer Intel processors as they are leading the market for a long time and do not become hot compared to AMD.
Intel processors are very stable. To make things simple, I would say just look for the latest version of intel processors like i3, i5, and i7.
In brief, you have a checklist and now you are clear about:
- Your budget
- The operating system you want to use
- Size and form you like
- Storage you are looking for
- The processor you want to have
So let’s find some amazing laptops for you with the above capabilities!
What are the Best Laptops For Working From Home?
Here are my top picks for the best laptops for working from home.
1- The Apple MacBook Air M1 – Quick Review
Enjoy the fastest processor with Apple Macbook Air
This laptop is the world’s first laptop that has the fastest processor Apple M1 chip. When we talk about all the previous Apple Macbooks, they all come with an intel process like other windows laptops. That would allow users to compare Windows laptops with Apple MacBooks.
But this time Apple came up with their own processor in MacBook Air M1, planning to shift all their devices onto their processor. The Apple MacBook Air 1 has totally changed the way we work daily. This is one of the best and fastest computers that you can find in the market. This is also the second thinnest laptop that they have to offer.
We are going to review all specs of this laptop so you can make a clear decision about buying your next laptop for your home office.
MacBook Air M1 Display
Starting from the display where all the things happen and lookout. It is almost exactly the same as other MacBooks. It is a high-definition, high-resolution 13.3-inch retina display of 2560 by 1600 pixels. And generally, it is a 2k display.
Coming with 400 nits of brightness. It looks clear but not super bright compared to the Macbook Pro which has 500 nits of brightness.
I think this brightness works well for most people in most circumstances. But if you are trying to work outside in the garden, maybe somewhere on a beach or anywhere else outside, where there is more sunlight, you might struggle to see things clearly on the 400 nits brightness screen.
But most people who are working remotely do not care much about that as they work inside more than outside. And, 400 nits is not a level where your eyes can get strained. So it is still a perfect number!
Apple Macbook Air M1 Design
The design is great as always and the Apple iconic logo just makes it look awesome and separate from other brands. It is very light with three favorite colors like Gold, silver, and space gray.
Apple hasn’t really updated the design at all this time. Everything is almost the same as in the previous MacBook Air model. The upper Bezel is quite thick and doesn’t look too good but here is your webcam 720 for your video calls.
MacBook Air M1 Keyboard
The keyboard on this device is fair and smooth as always. You will have a great typing experience with the keyboard, with no problem in a dark environment having a backlit option.
Plus: You get a few extra keys like the escape key on the left-hand side and a Touch ID (to use for quick log in ) on the right-hand side for security.
The trackpad is best in class, large size, and you will have a smooth feel when scrolling and will give accurate input recognition. The trackpad has force touch and haptic feedback.
MacBook Air M1 Chip Processor- Performance
This is where the magic happens, and why people were so excited about this machine.
The M1 Chip!
We know that Apple claims that it will be 3.5x faster than previous processors.
It is the super-fast machine ever. This processor ensures a higher rate of performance and, on a single-core benchmark, it is almost unbeatable compared to other processors.
The M1 chip is going to leave Intel, AMD processors way behind in terms of processing power. The M1 chip totally exceeds the expectations by giving more than what you expect. For me, being super fast is the best thing ever on a Macbook or any other laptop.
Sure, more power means more noise from the fan.
The Macbook Air M1 is a fanless design and does not get that hot. Although it gets a little heated, compared to the MacBook Pro, it was much cooler. It also beat the Macbook Pro by single and dual-core tests. You get an amazing read and write speed of 2GB as well.
In fact, this is the fastest laptop ever!
MacBook Air M1 Battery Life
M1 is a 5 nm-based processor. And, it is power efficient. Apple claims that users can get up to 18 hours of continuous video playback with the Macbook Air M1.
But the battery life depends on various factors like if you are doing lighter tasks like web browsing, playing music, and video streaming. The battery could last for the entire day. For heavier tasks like streaming in HD or 4K, video editing, gaming, etc, this device still gets you up to 10 hours of battery life.
However, the battery life is impressive.
Why do I recommend the Macbook Air M1?
- The M1 Chip Super Fast Processor- as a remote worker, it saves you a lot of time by accomplishing tasks super fast
- Lightweight- easy to carry anywhere
- 4K resolution-to get a great streaming experience
- You can Use IOS apps on this device- you get more to do
This is an excellent machine for the price and it deserves money to be spent on it.

2-The Dell XPS 13
The stylish Dell XPS gives you a 4K graphics experience.
The ultra-premium Dell XPS 13 is one of those laptops that supports a 4K display. The Dell XPS 13 is incredibly nice looking with a simple design that attracts everyone. It looks small, lightweight, and compact.
In fact, this is the most premium Windows machine with an Intel i7 11th Generation tiger lake processor. Also coming up with a design update from its previous models.
Be ready for 4K display moments!
Dell XPS 13 Design
Dell always tries to make its carbon fiber unique by making it soft to touch, durable and inviting to use. The Dell XPS 13 is made of CNC aluminum, and carbon fiber material so the built quality feels extremely rich.
But the laptop looks a little bit heavy compared to the others we mentioned earlier. And, it can be laid down or moved in 180, 360 degrees, making it a tablet device for you. The bezels are very thin that will give you almost a bezel-less multimedia streaming and gaming experience.
The Dell XPS display is 13.3-inch offering 4k resolution to give you clear, bright, and sharp image results. Plus, the display is also touchscreen-enabled with 500 nits brightness. You get 100% SRGB reading 93% siv3 color gamut. Making it a perfect device for video editing, graphic designing, etc.
The keyboard feels very comfortable, tactile, and typing each key feels like a soft clicky touch. The keyboard also has a fast and accurate fingerprint reader for security along with a backlit option.
By default, the keyboard stays lit up for 10 seconds, but you can modify it with BIOS with separate powers for AC and battery power. The keys have 1mm travel.
The Trackpad size is very large and it only makes scrolling easy, and comfortable with fast gesture recognition.
Performance Of Dell XPS 13
In terms of performance, Dell always meets user expectations and does a great job. This laptop is running 11th generation Intel chips. The graphical performance is noticeably better.
But one thing to remember is that this is not a gaming laptop, it is an office machine that would certainly do great for tasks like photo editing, multimedia, ms office work.
Surely, you can play some light games without any problem and the fear of the device going slow down.
The single-core performance delivers more than multi-core. And fair to say that this machine is suitable for 1080p video editing, adobe photoshop, and doing lightroom work will be just fine.
The Dell XPS 13 is powered by a 52Wh non-replaceable battery. It can last for more than 6 hours in normal use like streaming videos and gaming. The battery life looks a bit short when matched to such a premium device. So this might be a con for you but this depends on your tasks.
Why do I recommend Dell XPS 13?
- Slim and compact design makes it easy for you to carry it around
- The 4K display provides yo ultra premium-quality graphics
- Has your dream keyboard for comfortable and fast typing
- Great processing speed for office work
- Touchscreen boosts productivity
- 500 nits brightness will allow you to work anywhere at your home office

3-The Acer Swift 3
Acer Swift 3 is the most affordable laptop with the Intel EVO platform.
Acer has been making some high-quality laptops out there and the swift 3 is another addition to this. However, this is the most affordable laptop with an Intel Evo Platform. Also, this makes the Acer Swift 3 laptop stand out from others in the market.
Normally all the laptops with Intel Evo Platform are quite costly and come with a high price. But this is a high-quality laptop that you can afford and add to your watchlist.
The design of the Acer swift is quite exceptional in the case of screen size. It is a thin and lightweight laptop with a squarish form that appears pretty unique and uncommon. You can carry it around easily. It weighs approximately 1.2 kgs which is ideal for students, professionals, office personnel, and everybody who likes thin and light laptops.
The first thing you will observe is the unique display size. Acer is calling it an overview display. It has got a 13.5-inch quad-HD display resolution higher than HD. The Resolution is 2256×1504.
It is an IPS Led backlit display with a 100% RGB color gamut. The Bazzle on the display is very thin and it is looking suitable with the screen size.
The Acer Swift 3 has a white backlit keyboard with a large touchpad. The keyboard is quite comfortable with a nice armrest. The keys are soft and you will have a great typing experience as well.
The keyboard does not have a dedicated number pad. This may be a pro point for some but some may not like it because they need it on their laptops. Also, the arrow keys on the bottom right feel a bit cramped up because they are tightly organized, but not going to make an issue for you.
The touchpad is the biggest one you can find on any laptop. It recognizes the movements and gestures so fast.
Not to forget, the laptop has an integrated fingerprint reader for security.
This laptop comes up with the 11th generation Intel Core i5 processor. The model number is 1165G7. Along with that, it has Intel Iris Xe Graphics. Based on the Intel Evo platform.
The Evo platform offers a lot of advantages like Thunderbolt 4 ports, Bluetooth 5.0, and wifi 6, instant wake up in less than a second, and long battery life with fast charging.
Overall the system is very responsive and fast with the Evo platform. This laptop is mainly made on productivity-based applications like ms excel, PowerPoint, adobe premiere pro, etc.
Now if you want to do some gaming on this laptop, you can play some light games just to have a little fun while working. Haveaier games may not play smoothly, get notified. I am here to say that this laptop will definitely get your job done if you are a student or office goer. This is why it has got a place in the work from home laptops list.
The battery life is decent and you get 7 to 8 hours if you are doing video streaming and photo editing. In case you are focusing on gaming, then the battery life would reduce to 4 hours despite the Acer claims of 16 hours battery life. This works in an ideal situation.
Don’t worry, the fast charging will quickly top up the level.
Why do I recommend Acer Swift 3?
- Unique vertical display size- suits well all office workers and students
- Cheapest laptop with Intel Evo Platform
- Ultra-Lightweight- easy to carry
- Extra-large touchpad- feels so easy and comfortable to move fingers around it
Things You May Not Like In Acer Swift 3

4-Microsoft Surface Pro 8
Beautiful flexible design with more power and productivity options.
Go from a powerful laptop to a flexible tablet with Microsoft Surface Pro 8.
The Pro 8 is the most powerful laptop in the Pro series from Microsoft designed to light up the best experience of Windows 11.
The fact is that Microsoft has been selling the Pro models with the same design since 2015.
No design change for users for almost 5 years!
And for most users, this is not what they like. Offering some design change always becomes a selling point for brands. Users want to see a little bit different surface Pro design from the last four generations.
The good news is, Microsoft has finally done this. The surface Pro 8 has a modern flagship computer design. You will see much difference from the last pro 7.
It is a super-thin, super light, and super generous device. Designed for windows 11 with a 13-pixel touchscreen that enables you to do your tasks, and play your favorite games.
Surface Pro 8 represents the first major change in the design of the main Microsoft Pro line. It looks more like a tablet than a laptop. And the surface pen just helps you be more productive with your work. It is available in silver and black colors.
The industry-leading kickstand helps you mark up, edit, and watch videos at any angle you love. You can adjust the kickstand at nearly 180 degrees effortlessly to have a great viewpoint.
The surface pro 8 (13 Inches) has got a larger screen up from the 12.3 inches of the surface pro 7. The bezel’s edges around the screen are much smaller as a result. The display supports the touch screen and the surface pen also, enabling you to use this device as a tablet.
It is an IPS panel with a high resolution of 2880 by 1920 pixels. The screen has 120 hertz of refresh rate. So it will be considered as a combination of gaming and business laptops.
The keyboard cover is made of fiber carbon. However, one thing I want to mention is that the typing experience here will not be the same as what you get on a large size laptop, but still, you will get a decent typing experience with backlit keys and a large glass touchpad.
Microsoft Surface Pro 8 Performance
This model has the Intel Core i7 11th generation 1185G7 processor. Which is considered to be the most powerful processor from Intel to a laptop.
So it produces more power than a typical surface user needs from that tablet-type laptop. You can also get up to 32 GB of RAM on this device. Looks like a very perfect match!
Using the Surface Pro 8 at a 120-hertz refresh rate will consume more power and it can be sometimes annoying if you don’t need that rate for lighter tasks.
So you can set back it to the 60-hertz rate to save power if you are not going to run heavier tasks on this device. With this kind of work, you will easily get 8 hours of battery life.
Although Microsoft claims up to 16 hours of battery time, it doesn’t look to be accurate if you’re not working in very ideal conditions.
Otherwise, with a 120-hertz rate, you may lose two hours of battery life.
Why Do I recommend Microsoft Surface Pro 8?
- You can use it both as a laptop, and a tablet
- Surface Slim 2 pen gives you kind of paper and pens feel
- You can use pre-loaded Microsoft 365 apps
- Has the most powerful Intel i7 processor
- Ultra-portable lightweight with 891G
- Kickstand enables you to view at any angle you want
- In an ideal situation, the battery could last for up to 16 hours
- Fast charging top-ups the level in a short time
- Face login for security
Check this device.
Things You May Not Like In Microsoft Surface Pro 8
To be honest, there are very few reasons to avoid purchasing this amazing device. The only reason may be the pen being sold separately. Otherwise, this is a perfect choice for you that comes up with an affordable price.
This device fits very well in the list and I highly recommend this device to remote workers for its flexibility, lightweight, and fast performance.

5-Lenovo Chromebook Flex 5
The 2 in 1 Lenovo Flex 5 is a lightweight, fast-performing work machine with great battery life.
This Lenovo 2 in 1 touch screen laptop is primarily positioned as a portable work machine with a bunch of creative features. This is a two in one slim machine that goes from a laptop to a tablet to give more options on the way you want to work.
Chromebooks are great but sometimes it just becomes hard to recommend someone a Chromebook because the prices are now not lower than what they were in the past. But the brands have also improved and updated the performance, design, and other features with the price.
Lenovo Chromebook Flex 5 is a low price, fast performing, lightweight laptop with great battery life to complete all your tasks like surfing the web, online streaming, using google docs, and more with comfort.
The build quality looks nice and the design feels like an expensive device. The lower half is plastic but the top lid here is metal. So it is lightweight but not ultra-lightweight like Microsoft surface pro 8. It has got a good premium feel with a 360 convertible design. The tablet mode enables you to do your tasks in multiple ways and watch videos from any angle you like.
Lenovo Flex 5 offers you a 13.3-inch display with a narrow bezel coming up with a very nice 1080p display at 250nits brightness to give you a clear view of things.
250 Nits brightness!
Sounds a little bit chicky, also there are definitely brighter machines out there. However, this display looks nice with the price point and will work smoothly inside your home.
The keys are well spaced and large-sized to give you a comfortable typing experience on this device with a backlit option for you. Nice to have a backlit option because cheaper models do not have this option.
A little springy trackpad might not look good to you but it works well and is 100% accurate. No biometric on this device, so you have the login method of putting a password to open the laptop. And not to forget, it has no number pad. Your fingers might get some time to get familiar with that keyboard design!
Lenovo Chromebook Flex 5 Performance
Flex 5 is a powerful Chromebook. It features a 10th Generation Intel Core i3 processor with 4 Gb ram. This device is fast since chrome os and android os apps don’t really require that much processing power.
You will enjoy better overall performance with the flex 5 for your school and office tasks like working in Google Docs, streaming videos, and basic photo editing.
The Lenovo Chromebooks are always good at delivering a good amount of battery life. If you are just browsing the internet or playing youtube videos, you can get 8 hours of battery life easily with Flex 5.
In case you are using this device for typical use with a much brighter screen, you may lose a few minutes or even hours. Battery life varies significantly with settings, usage, and other factors.
Why Do I Recommend Lenovo Chromebook Flex 5?
- Has a larger display compared to other Chromebooks
- Compared to its price, the performance is excellent
- USI-Pen enabled display
- Keyboard with a backlit option
- Foldable like a tablet
- Decent battery life
Check this device.
Things You May Not Like In Lenovo Chromebook Flex 5?
- You can not upgrade the memory
- 250 nits brightness is too dim for outside work

6- LG Gram 14- The Lightest Ever!
The LG Gram 14 is the lightest laptop in the market with an extra slot for an SSD upgrade.
The LG gram is a family of laptops that has evolved quite a bit over the past few years. Earlier, the original LG gram was focused on being as light as possible. But over the years, they have adapted and reconfigured what the LG gram was all about.
Now this device is one of the really good products because of being extremely lightweight, has a very good keyboard and screen. Going to be on the shortlist of many people.
Although it has evolved all the features, the most important features are the super lightweight, amazing battery life, and attractive design. It is almost the lightest laptop that you can get for your money.
Being lightest is the most important feature as it is only 999g. And, it is 40% lighter than an XPS and MacBook or air while having both a bigger battery and display size looks great.
The downside for some is that the laptop is a little thicker than others out there. Personally, I don’t like thick laptops. Although the finish looks plasticky, the surface is very fingerprint-resistant.
The body is made from thin magnesium alloy so it is not another plastic product. But this doesn’t affect the lightweight of this machine. It looks so clean and awesome with the white color!
LG Gram 14 is very impressed with the size of the screen it appears with. The LG gram 14 screens is 14 inch which doesn’t sound to be much bigger than 13.3 inch MacBook pro, air, but here, the lightweight becomes a bonus point for LG Gram 14.
The brightness is also very noticeable and the 500 nits are going to help you wherever you work on this laptop. According to the manufacturer, the laptop supports DCI-P3 wide colors with at least 95% accuracy. Making it a perfect choice for photo and video editors.
As for resolution, we have only one option, a 1080p based screen which is noticeably less sharp than a 2k or 4k display in a MAC or XPS. But it is definitely going to benefit the battery life of this device and consume less power.
The clean-looking keyboard with larger keys and trackpad works great. The keyboard is a classic leading and is fantastic. The power button also doubles for the fingerprint scanner to quick, easy, and fast login. Good for security!
The trackpad is accurate and responsive with a perfect size. The keyboard feels like fingers are part of it and you can type on this keyboard at your usual typing speed.
LG Gram 14 Performance
Talking about the performance, apps open up and run seamlessly and quickly. With 256GB SSD storage, it provides you with the fastest read and write speed. Another great feature is the M.2 SSD slot that allows you to add another SSD without having to replace the original one. Which is a huge selling point for Gram 14.
The fan noise doesn’t get loud which is great and helps you focus on your tasks with your quietest LG Gram 14.
11th Generation Core i5 improves performance and makes it one of the most powerful lightweight machines in the market.
With LG Gram 14, you get an incredible battery life of up to 18 hours which is a strong factor and a plus for this laptop. With the power LG Gram provides, the battery life is impressive.
