How To Add The MoonRiver (MOVR) To MetaMask?
If you want to access the MoonRiver network and the Dapps and token on the Perachain, you must integrate the MoonRiver network into the MetaMask wallet.
In this article, I will show you how to add the Moonriver network to the MetaMask. It is a simple process and takes only 1 minute to do.

How To Add The MoonRiver (MOVR) To MetaMask
Step 1- Open Your MetaMask Wallet
The first step is to open your MetaMask wallet. You can open it on your browser extension or the Mobile phone wallet of the MetaMask.
Just enter the password or fingerprint, and you will access your account.
Step 21- Go To Settings
The second step is to go to settings.
Just click on the circle icon which will show you multiple options.
Click on “Settings”.
Step 3- Click On Networks
Once you are in settings, select “networks”.
Step4- Click On Add Network
After clicking on networks, you will see a search bar and some network names that are available. Scroll down to find the “add network ‘ button in blue color.
Click on Add Network.
Step 5- Enter The Moonriver RPC Details And Save
After clicking on add network, you will see a new page.
Add the following details on that page to successfully add the Moon River network.
Network Name: Moonriver Mainnet
New RPC URL: https://rpc.api.MoonRiver.moonbeam.network
Chain ID: 1285
Currency Symbol: MOVR
Block Explorer URL: https://MoonRiver.moonscan.io
Once you have entered the details of the Moonriver network, then click on ‘save’.
Step 6- Confirm The Network Addition
Now, the MoonRiver network is added to your MetaMaskk wallet.
However, the last step is to find and confirm the network.
There are two ways to confirm it.
- The MoonRiver network will be added and automatically selected as the default network on your MetaMask wallet.
- Go to the MetaMask main window and click on the network selector box then select “Moonriver Mainnet” from the list of available networks
